What happens to my credits at the end of the month?
Credits included with a subscription renew each period and do not roll over. Separately purchased top-up credits are used afterwards and remain valid for 0 months.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for the year in one go, and the exact saving is shown on the cadence switch, computed from the two real prices. Your credit allowance renews every month, just as it does with monthly billing.
Is the price shown the price I pay?
Yes. Every amount on this page includes VAT: it is exactly what will be charged, with nothing added at checkout. Billing is handled by Stripe, under the Link brand, acting as reseller — they issue your invoice and collect and remit the VAT applicable in your country. Buying as a business, you can enter your EU VAT number at checkout.
Can I buy credits without changing plans?
Yes. A standard top-up is available on the Free, Rookie and Pro tiers; the Elite tier has its own at a preferential rate. The allowances and prices in force are shown in the Top-up section of this page.
Can I change my mind or switch plans?
Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription from your account. Your setups, versions, telemetry and community access remain in your account.
Do smaller plans use a less capable AI?
No. Pacecraft uses the same active model for everyone. Plans differ by credit volume, devices and features, never by degraded response quality.
What you are buying, in plain terms
- Included credits are reset at each billing period and do not roll over from one period to the next.
- Top-ups bought separately are valid for 0 months and survive both a plan change and a cancellation.
- The credit cost of every action is shown before you trigger it.
- A technical failure consumes no credit. A completed result is not refunded because the setup does not suit you — which is why refining one costs less than generating another.
- No price or allowance change is retroactive: your current subscription keeps its terms.
