The service
Pacecraft hosts and versions your sim-racing setups, collects your telemetry through an agent installed on your PC, and offers AI-assisted features: setup generation and modification, lap analysis, setup proposals and fuel strategy calculation.
The agent reads the telemetry the game publishes and writes setup files into the game's folders. It does not modify the game, its executable files, or the way it runs, and confers no advantage the game does not grant by itself.
The service is independent of the game publishers and is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by them.
What a credit is
AI-assisted features are charged in credits. A credit corresponds to an action in the application, not to an amount of computation: we never sell “tokens”.
The credit cost of every action is shown before you trigger it, along with your remaining balance.
Not every action costs the same. A lap analysis on a very long circuit costs more than on an ordinary one, because it covers more corners.
Included credits and top-ups
Each paid plan opens a number of credits per billing period. A period's credits do not carry over to the next.
On registration, a free account receives gifted credits, valid for twelve months, so the assisted features can be tried.
Top-ups bought separately are valid for twelve months from purchase and survive both a change of plan and a cancellation.
Upgrading mid-period tops your credits up and never takes any away. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
AI-produced results
Setups, analyses and calculations produced by the AI are proposals, not performance guarantees. A setup is rarely optimal first time: modifying an existing setup is deliberately cheaper than generating one, so that refining is the normal gesture.
A technically successful action consumes the stated credits. This does not limit your right of withdrawal or remedies under statutory guarantees. A technical failure consumes no credit.
The fuel calculator always states where its figure comes from — your laps, the community's, or an AI estimate — so you know how much margin to take.
Prices and changes
The pricing page states whether displayed amounts include taxes. The total amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you confirm the order.
When Stripe, under the Link brand, acts as reseller, it issues your invoice and collects taxes applicable to your purchase. The publisher's own VAT status does not, by itself, determine the VAT charged by that reseller.
No price or quota change is retroactive: a change only affects later subscriptions. A running subscription keeps its terms.
Your account
An account is personal. The agent installed on your PC is tied to a single account, and how many machines may be paired at once depends on your plan.
You are responsible for the content you publish, in particular your bio and the names you give your setups.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you purchase remotely as a consumer, you generally have fourteen days from concluding the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal. Creating an account, subscribing or spending credits does not, by itself, waive that right.
For a service started before that period ends, article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code applies, including obtaining your express request and, where applicable, proportionate payment for the service provided. Loss of the withdrawal right for digital content without a physical medium is subject to the separate conditions of article L221-28(13). These terms do not presume those conditions are met.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to contact@pacecraft.gg or to the publisher's postal address, including your name, order date and reference. When the sale is concluded with a reseller, its withdrawal procedure and contact details are also provided in the order confirmation.

A technical failure consumes no credit, and credits charged in error are credited back. Credit consumption rules do not limit your statutory rights to withdrawal or reimbursement.
In addition to your statutory rights, if you have spent no credit from the relevant period or top-up, your purchase is refunded in full on request to contact@pacecraft.gg within fourteen days. This commercial commitment does not restrict refunds required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the payment provider's portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which remains payable, and no renewal follows. Your unspent top-ups remain usable until they expire.
Liability, governing law and disputes
The service is provided with due care, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. AI-produced setups, analyses and calculations are proposals: no performance gain is guaranteed. This does not exclude the publisher's liability for a failure to meet its obligations.
The publisher is answerable for direct and foreseeable damage resulting from a failure attributable to it. These terms in no way limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You remain responsible for backing up your setup files. The agent keeps a copy of the file it replaces, but that copy is not a substitute for a backup of your own.
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. After a prior complaint has not received a satisfactory response, you may use consumer mediation free of charge. Mediation is not a mandatory prerequisite to bringing proceedings before the competent court.
The competent mediator has not yet been identified in this document. Its name, contact details and website must be published after joining the scheme, before sales to consumers open.
